1. Information We Collect

1.1 Mobile Number

Your mobile number is added manually by authorized club staff to create your member access.

We store your number to verify your identity and send OTPs for login.

1.2 OTP Verification

OTPs are used only for login authentication and are not stored.

1.3 Custom Generated UUID

We generate a unique device identifier (UUID) for security, session management, and fraud prevention.

1.4 Photos (External Storage & Camera)

We use:

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to allow you to upload images from your device.
• CAMERA to capture photos through the App.
• Uploaded photos are stored securely on our server in India.

1.5 Firebase Analytics (No Ads)

We use Firebase Analytics only for app performance monitoring:

• Crash reports
• Usage patterns
• Device-level diagnostics
• Ads and personalized tracking are disabled.

1.6 Event Booking Payment Information (via Razorpay)

When you pay for event bookings through Razorpay, Razorpay collects and processes:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Payment details (UPI ID, masked card info, wallet, net banking)
• Transaction ID and status
• Device and metadata used for fraud detection

We do NOT store or access sensitive payment data, such as:

• Full card numbers
• CVV
• Bank login details
• UPI PIN

All payment processing and encryption are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and follows RBI guidelines.

1.7 No Location Data

We do not collect GPS, network location, or any form of location information.

1.8 No Third-Party SDKs (Except Firebase & Razorpay)

We do not integrate any other data-collecting third-party SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for:

• Login and identity verification
• Managing club member access
• Event booking and payment processing
• App operations including photo uploads
• Security and fraud prevention
• Improving app performance through analytics
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your information with:

• Advertisers
• External marketing companies
• Third-party data brokers
• Data may only be shared:
• When required by law, court order, or government request
• With Razorpay solely for processing payments

4. Data Storage & Security

All user data is stored on secure servers located in India.

We use encryption, secure APIs, and restricted access to protect your information.

Only authorized club staff and system administrators have access rights.

5. Member-Only Access & Account Management

Users cannot sign up themselves.

Club staff manually add member mobile numbers to grant access.

Member login is possible only with the registered mobile number.

6. Data Retention

We retain:

• Member details as long as membership is active
• Uploaded photos until removed as per club rules
• Payment logs as required for financial compliance
• Firebase analytics data as per Google’s standard retention policy

7. User Rights

As this is a controlled access system:

• You may request account deactivation or data removal through club administration.
• Upon membership termination, the club may request deletion of your information from our system.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended only for authorized club members.

We do not knowingly create accounts for minors unless explicitly permitted by the club.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when required.

Updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
